[Before packing]
Loosen the shock cords on the sides and side pockets. Also, since the top is long, turn the top half outward to make it easier to pack.
[1. Insert a sleeping mat]
Set a closed cell mat or an inflatable (air) mat.
The inflatable (air) mat is not a dedicated staff bag, but if you fold it in three, it will save space and it will be difficult to create dead space.

[2. Put things that are easy to compress, such as sleeping bags and changing clothes]
We will pack things that are easy to compress, such as sleeping bags and changing clothes. In particular, the waist area is curved toward the back, so tighten it firmly so that there are no gaps. The backpack itself is packed as if it were a large compression bag. You don't have to compress each gear individually, which saves packing time and reduces dead space in your backpack.
[3. Put water, food, gear, clothing, etc.]
We will put in tents (shelters), cookers, food, etc. Dead space can be reduced by filling the gaps between hard objects with warm clothes or rainwear.
* If there is more luggage than the height of the tubular mat, pull the mat up to adjust the height.
[4. Put frequently used items such as small items on the top and roll down the top]
Wrap the roll top on the left and right at the same time, decide the length so that it covers the front side of the backpack , set the position of each ADC hook, and pull the strap. * The trick is to set the rolled-down part in a position where it can be pulled downward.
* Push the back part with your hand to see if it is uneven, and then return the curve to fit your back to complete.
